Dance your way to a FITTER you, Exciting and unique LATIN MOVES and rhythms ZUMBA, the
class taking the world by storm! An absolute blast in one exciting hour to tone and sculpt
your body whilst burning fat.
Exercise in a relaxed, friendly environment. All abilities and levels of fitness welcome.
No dance or exercise experience
required as ZUMBA is designed to be easy to follow. Just bring yourself, a bottle of water and some trainers (No under 16's)
Pay as you go £5.00...no need to book or alternatively buy a card of 10
classes for £45.00.
