ZUMBA, the class taking the world by storm! 
An absolute blast in one exciting hour to tone and sculpt your body whilst burning fat. 
Exercise in a relaxed, friendly environment. All abilities and levels of fitness welcome.

No dance or exercise experience required as ZUMBA is designed to be easy to follow. Just bring yourself,

a bottle of water and some trainers (No under 16's)
